At the Critical Care Nurses Association of Zambia (CCNAZ), we believe that continuous learning is essential to saving lives and improving patient outcomes. Workshops & Conferences
CCNAZ organizes national and regional workshops throughout the year to promote the exchange of ideas and innovations in critical care. These events feature: Interactive sessions with experts. Hands-on demonstrations. Discussions on new technologies, clinical procedures, and case studies.
Certification Programs
We provide accredited training and certification for nurses who wish to specialize in: Intensive Care Nursing. Trauma Care. Emergency Response. Our certifications are designed to meet international standards, ensuring that Zambian nurses remain competent and recognized in the global healthcare community.
Mentorship Programs
Through our mentorship programs, experienced critical care nurses are paired with students and newly qualified professionals. The goal is to: Build clinical confidence. Encourage professional growth. Foster teamwork and compassionate leadership.
